Paranormal Polycule & Friends is an independent serial web-novel publication launched in July 2026 by Cakes. Its main story published weekly on Thursday mornings PDT, with some side content published on other days of the week. It features themes of horror, romance, and comedy across its stories as well as the paranormal and urban fantasy. Death, transformation, and body horror can often appear. These stories are always queer, and can sometimes highlight the real world cruelties queer people face. Those cruelties are rarely the focus however. At the end of the day, ParaPoly is dark themes and soft romance.
